Mr. Tayto - Blue Canvas

An original multilayered stencil spray-paint work on varnished canvas by Irish artist Tinkicker. Mr Tayto is shown intoxicated and being escorted by Gardaí, using familiar imagery to explore Irish identity, consumer culture, excess and authority. The bold blue background creates strong contrast while giving the scene a more subdued, controlled atmosphere.
